kkkbd Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kkkbd platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the kkkbd website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

kkkbd is an online casino and sports betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. The platform supports transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and provides deposit and withdrawal facilities via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

If you do not agree with any term stated in these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. kkkbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

02 Account Registration

Each individual must create a single personal account to use the gaming services on the kkkbd platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.

Information Required at Registration

• Full name as it appears on the national ID card
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older)
• Preferred payment method details

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. kkkbd reserves the right to immediately close an account and confiscate its balance if false or misleading information is provided.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. kkkbd will never ask for your password by email or message. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

03 Age Verification

The kkkbd platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using gaming services.

Providing false age information at registration or operating an account on behalf of a minor will be treated as a serious violation. In such cases the account will be closed and all earned bonuses or winnings will be confiscated.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on the kkkbd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
• No hidden charges apply at the time of deposit
• Deposits must be made from the member's own account only
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited

Withdrawal Rules

Identity verification must be completed on the account before a withdrawal can be processed. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted
• Additional verification may be required for unusual transactions

05 Bonuses and Promotions

kkkbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and members must comply with them.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 10 times (10x wagering requirement).

General Terms and Conditions for Bonuses

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonuses are valid for legitimate gaming activity only
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited
• Promotional bonuses must be used within a specified time limit
• One welcome bonus applies per account
• kkkbd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if an unusual betting pattern is detected

VIP Program

kkkbd's VIP program has three tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity:

• Bronze tier — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver tier — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold tier — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

kkkbd reserves the right to change or withdraw VIP benefits at any time.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on kkkbd are safe and fair. Game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is completely impartial.

General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, kkkbd will make a reasonable decision
• Playing on multiple devices simultaneously from a single account is prohibited
• Winnings resulting from a software error or incorrect odds will be considered void

Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and other sports, the official match result will be considered final. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled according to kkkbd's established rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

kkkbd reserves the right to immediately close an account and confiscate all funds if a member engages in any of the following activities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or documents
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities for an advantage
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission
• Attempting to obtain bonuses fraudulently (bonus abuse)
• Placing or managing bets on behalf of a third party
• Any form of harassment on the platform

08 Account Suspension

kkkbd may temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated
• If the account verification process is not completed
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected
• If the member requests account closure themselves
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy

Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, the verified actual deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. In cases of bonus-related violations, only the bonus portion will be forfeited.

If a member wishes to close their account, please contact the support team by email. All ongoing bets must be settled before closure.

09 Responsible Gaming

kkkbd believes gaming should be enjoyable, not a source of addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Set betting limits — play within your own budget
• Set session time limits — automatic logout after a set period
• Temporary break — pause your account for a set period

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkkbd platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, images, and other materials — is protected as the intellectual property of kkkbd or its licensors.

Members are permitted to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform
• Modifying or repurposing any content belonging to kkkbd
• Using kkkbd's name, logo, or trademarks without permission
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the platform's software

11 Limitation of Liability

kkkbd strives to ensure the highest level of service, however kkkbd will not be held responsible for the following:

• Interruptions to gaming sessions caused by internet connection disruptions
• Delays or issues from third-party payment providers
• Technical problems related to the member's device or software
• Unexpected technical failures or maintenance downtime
• The member's own negligence or insecure use of their account

In any circumstance, kkkbd's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Privacy

kkkbd places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. All personal data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
